Restore a purchase

A purchase follows your store account. To restore it, open the paywall in the App on a device using the same account.

Something bought on Apple devices doesn't unlock the App on Android, or the other way around.

Cancel a subscription

You cancel in your store account. We can't cancel for you, and deleting the App doesn't cancel a subscription.

• App Store: go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• Google Play: go to Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions. Google Play's terms describe when to cancel.

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Delete your data

Write to info@elmastudio.co and ask us to delete it. We hold very little and it isn't tied to a name, so please tell us something that lets us find it:

• Invites: your invite code.
• Feedback or a language suggestion: what you wrote.

Reading progress, text size and language stay on your device and are never sent to us. "Start over" in settings clears progress, and deleting the App removes the rest.

Purchase data is held by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, under their own policies. See the Privacy Policy for details.
